Dark Island Spirits

We’re a family‑owned grain‑to‑glass distillery from the heart of the 1000 Islands, and we love sharing what we make. With at minimum 75% of our ingredients sourced right here in New York State, every sip brings a true local flavor!

One thing that makes our spirits stand out is our proprietary internal music‑maturation process. We're not just blasting music in the barrel house. Each barrel has a device placed inside, which helps drive the spirit in and out of the barrel walls creating far more interaction than a statically aged barrel. Our spirits can be found jamming to music of various genres to help shape their flavor — it’s a fun, hands‑on technique that gives each bottle its own personality.
