Food for the Soul by LR is a home-based micro bakery in Ridgefield, CT, specializing in organic sourdough bread and pastries made from scratch. Owner and baker Lissette Reynoso uses only high-quality, clean ingredients—free from preservatives and additives—to create fresh, small-batch products full of flavor and nutrition. We also offer a weekly Bread Club subscription, participate in local farmers’ markets, and host private baking and cooking classes.
