We offer Fresh Roasted to order coffees, specially roasted for each customer. We roast to our customers roast profile choices, as if, we are your personal coffee roaster.
We roast individual orders, for our retail store, farmers markets, restaurants, resort properties, wineries, events, and much more.
Production Practices
We buy the highest quality coffee beans we can find. Both organic and non-organic naturally grown coffees. We store our green coffee beans in a climate controlled room.
We roast on a fluid bed coffee roaster. Your coffee roasts on a bed of very hot fresh air, your coffee floats on this bed of hot air roasting in a convection heat for a very even roast, never burned or over roasted. Fresh roasted coffee just for you...

We're the founders of Blue Ridge Coffee Crafters. we started roasting coffee back in September 2014. This opportunity to roast coffee came because of this fluid bed coffee roasting process. This technology roasts a coffee which offers a clean, bitter free smoothness not found in most other coffees. This became a passion we have become more committed to daily.
