Owner/Operator of Ni-Ni's Sugar & Dough. I taught myself to cook as a teenager, when I wasn't able to go to culinary school due to finances, I honed in on my skills at home using youtube and as many recipes I could find on the internet. After being diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2023 I became serious about the food that I put in my body not only for myself but for my husband and children as well. I began baking that same year after having surgery and have not been able to stop since. My husband and 2 kids are very helpful with my baking and have pushed me start a business.
