Hex & Honey Micro Bakery

Hex & Honey is a woman-owned micro bakery that specializes in small-batch baked goods, including cookies, bars, pastries, and fruit spreads. We utilize local Wisconsin honey and rescued fruit (during peak season when farmers and merchants have more than they can store). Our knowledge of baking has been passed down through the generations. We enjoy recreating familiar flavors in new formats. Everything we do, we do with care and intention.
