I sell flavored shaved ice in single use cups of two sizes with plastic cutlery. I can make the simple syrup at a commissary or home in a single pot, and I make the flavors by mixing the syrup with pre-made flavor concentrates from Southern Snow. I currently have 24 flavors to choose from and will probably expand my selection over time. I've finally gotten my inspection and food permit completed, so I'm ready to start cooling people off with some sweet ice!

I'm 17 and a brand new entrepreneur. Over the last summer I was learning about all the hoops you need to jump through to establish a business. And now that I'm finally (mostly) done with the government aspect of that, I'm looking to finally start selling! I've always been interested in being a business owner so when one my good friends mom proposed funding me to get started with this, I gladly took that opportunity. There have been many twists and turns along the way and I'm constantly learning as I go. I'm hoping to meet some new people at the events i will be going to in the future.
