Hello everyone! My name is James Edwards and I am the proud owner of James' Gourmet Pies! To tell you a little about myself, I lived in a ton of different states and countries but I was born in Wilmington, DE and mostly raised there. As a child I loved to bake! While other kids were out playing, I was in the kitchen with my Grandmother learning all her secrets to baking! In my high school years, I lived in Panama City, FL. After high school, I joined the United States Air Force! With the Air Force, I was able to travel that much more and see more States and different countries!
Production Practices
I bake in a commercial kitchen in Ogden, UT. I am passed off by the Department of Agriculture.
