Project MOVER

Project MOVER is a partner consortium led by InnoEnergy and currently includes Nelson\Nygaard, Shared Mobility, Inc., Cityfi, six municipalities in Westchester County including the Town of Ossining and the Villages of Ossining, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Croton-on-Hudson, and Dobbs Ferry, as well as several local community-based organizations including Neighbors Link, Open Door Family Medical Center, IFCA, and Hudson Link.

It offers the following programs:
1. E-Bikeshare: Rent an e-bike for short trips between dedicated parking stations.
2. E-Bike Incentive Program: Apply to receive a discount voucher to cover up to 80% of a personal e-bike purchase.
3. E-Bike Library (Coming Soon): Rent an e-bike for multiple days (or weeks) to use as-needed.
4. Bike Skill Class to ensure you feel safe and confident while using this mode.

Project MOVER brings affordable and clean micromobility to Rivertown communities with several other goals.
