Hearty Rye

This is a savoury grainy bread, my rye bread is baked hot and has a dark crust but is moist and chewy and has a authentic rye flavour. Excellant for sandwiches or toast, stays fresh for a week when stored correctly. Enjoy!

Ingrediants:
Unbleached white flour, rye flour, water, yeast, salt, cooked barley, rye kernels, rye cereal, buckwheat groats, whole oats, bran, vegetable oil, molasses, cooked potato, onions and caraway seeds, egg wash.
