Dry Creek Meats is a family-owned ranch raising 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef through regenerative practices. Our cattle are pasture-raised without antibiotics or added hormones and thoughtfully finished on grass to ensure quality and flavor.
With primarily Angus genetics and Simmental influence, we focus on marbling, growth, and maternal strength. We are committed to soil health, low-stress handling, and providing Oklahoma families with clean, responsibly raised beef.
We age our beef for 28 days and only send them to harvest once they are mature enough. We sell ground beef, steaks, roasts, organs, and take requests. We sell by pound, bundles and sections of beef. We deliver to OKC and surrounding areas.

My name is Brianne Lewis, and I work alongside my parents to build and grow Dry Creek Meats. What started as my dad’s vision to transition into grass-finished beef has become a shared family mission — one rooted in stewardship, quality, and creating something meaningful for the next generation.
I left my previous career to step fully into ranch life and help grow this business with my family. Today, I handle much of the marketing, customer relationships, and direct-to-consumer side of Dry Creek Meats, while staying closely connected to the day-to-day ranch operations.
I am also a mom to one daughter who shows cattle and is growing up learning the responsibility and reward that comes from caring for livestock and land. Watching her develop a love for agriculture reminds me daily why we are building this — not just for today, but for the future.
At this stage of my life, I truly live and love what I do. Connecting families to clean, responsibly raised beef and being part of our local community through farmers markets is something I am deeply grateful for.
