Maybird Confections

Maybird Confections is a small, family-run craft chocolate and toffee company based in Alpharetta, Georgia. We transform ethically sourced, sustainably produced premium grade cacao beans into chocolate, and use our single-origin chocolate on all of our chocolate products. Most of our ingredients are organic, locally grown, or both. Maybird's original product was our handmade toffee, and while it remains our top seller, our lineup has expanded to include craft chocolate bars, turtles, marshmallows, pate de fruit, drinking chocolate, and other confections. Our hot chocolate starts with a generous portion of our house-made hot chocolate blend, melted into organic whole milk in our Italian hot chocolate dispensers, topped with freshly whipped cream, and offered with a large house-made marshmallow crafted in flavors such as gingerbread, peppermint, Irish Cream, and more.
