Home bakery specializing in every day baked items made with quality ingredients. I make a variety of different breads (yeast, sweet and quick - sorry no sourdough), pies, drop cookies, brownies and coffee cakes.

What do I consider a quality ingredient? Unbleached & unenriched flours, local & seasonal fruit, dairy products without loads of preservatives, and ethically & fair trade chocolate. Even my marketing materials are locally printed.

You can find me at the Voorheesville Farmer’s Market located on Wednesday evenings, 3:30-6:30 through October. Weekly market offerings will rotate based on my mood.
