Plain Cashew cheese

This is our original, unflavoured cheese, but don't be fooled as it is packed with an incredible flavour profile all on its own. Without any of the flavours added to it, this one has the best mouth feel, and can be paired with pretty well, anything. As with all of our cheeses, if you want to grate it onto a pizza or casserole, put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before grating, and it will melt perfectly, brown up when broiled and can handle the heat of an 800 degree pizza oven without burning!
