We are an award winning (2023 New York Bagel Fest, 2025 James Beard Finalists) bagel shop doing things the old school New York way with Dallas hospitality. King Arthur flour, yeast, water, salt, and malt syrup. That's it. Two day ferment, boiled and baked fresh every morning.

We take pride in sourcing the freshest, highest quality ingredients, and spotlighting locally grown produce and farmers whenever possible.
