Wildgrain Pantry is a San Antonio–based micro-bakery specializing in handcrafted sourdough bread and small-batch baked goods. Inspired by a love for wildflowers and slow, intentional baking, each loaf is naturally leavened, made with simple ingredients, and baked in small quantities to ensure quality and flavor. Our rotating menu includes artisan sourdough loaves, sweet and savory muffins, and seasonal specialties—all baked fresh and made to share.
