The Kolachery is a home-based bakery of Kolaches, a Czechoslovakian version of a danish only softer and fluffier. I make everything from scratch and try to use local produce when available. My goal is to have a mobile bakery, A.K.A. a food truck, so I may bake on sight ensuring the freshest baked goods. My dream has evolved over time but my core values and recipes have remained true to the teachings from my Great Grandmother and Grandmother, love is an ingredient and you have to add it all the way through!
All kolaches and fillings are made from scratch using local ingredients when available!
Hello, my name is Levi. I am a trained Chef but left the Restaurants to follow my passion of baking! Growing up I was always in the kitchen helping out, in turn my grandmother taught me how to make kolache! I am honored to bring to you her passion for kolaches!
