Hello! I am Ahna, an Independent Consultant for Usborne Books & More, a company that publishes high quality, educational and entertaining books for children. I am passionate about helping children read, learn, imagine and explore the world through books they’ll love. By becoming a market vendor I hope to introduce young readers to a variety of books from UBAM that will enhance their experience at the market and help to teach them about why where food comes from, how our body processes food, gardening for beginners, and the importance of bees, among other subjects. I also provide entertaining books about animals and bugs found in our own back yards to inspire an appreciation of nature. As a parent, I know a stall for aspiring gardeners, farmers, cooks and scientists would be a fun and fresh addition to any market!
