Soaring Swine Acres

Soaring Swine Acres makes all natural jams, jellies, sauces, salsas, pickles and herbal teas and tinctures that are holistic remedies. Our products are created from our own recipes and hand made by Mary in a Yucaipa commercial kitchen. Soaring Swine Acres is owned by Mary Ruhter, a retired teacher and Southern soul transplanted to California in 1990.

Our gourmet jams and jellies are 100% natural, with no artificial colors or flavorings. Mary and Michael develop their own recipes, unique flavor combinations that cannot be found elsewhere and hand craft every product in a commercial kitchen in Yucaipa, CA.. Some of our products are based on family recipes, or inspired by Mary’s Mexican family, her childhood in New Orleans, and the Southern California lifestyle the family embraced. Michael was cooking with his dad as a toddler, was able to prepare a family meal by age eleven, and has been developing his own recipes ever since.

Soaring Swine Acres was founded in 2012 in Yucaipa, California. In 2020, Mary opened a brick and mortar store in Uptown Yucaipa and expanded their product line to include VooDoo Queen Tea & Tinctures, Southern Sisters Wellness, Honoring the American Hero and offering other local small businesses a permanent shop for their products.
