Hello , My Name is Hector Armendariz, I am new to the food trailer-food truck business. I have 17yrs in the culinary industry. I plan on opening this food trailer with tacos but not just any tacos. Tacos with tradition and with my own twist and also selling hot empanadas, and agua frescas. This is the beginning every year wanting to add new dishes and just make great Mexican Food.
