I make homemade fudges and hot sauces.
My homemade hot sauces are unique, as I create them for flavor not just heat & are all shelf stable. Of course not everybody loves heat so I make customizable fudge. A favorite is one I call “Hot Chocolate” made from dark chocolate and cayenne pepper. I have samples of all my sauces and fudge for everyone to try and enjoy!
I have now added a hot food item which I make in a pizza oven on site. These are handheld, foot-long cheese sticks, pizza sticks, cinnamon and sugar sticks, garlic Parmesan sticks and foot-long hotdogs wrapped in dough. The smell alone of fresh baking breads is incredible.
