Molly and Marv's Bagels

Launched in late 2024, Molly and Marv's is as fresh as the bagels we bake. Named for our two dogs, the business is operated by Julia Selznick, a New Jersey native bringing East Coast bagel culture to Squamish, and her husband and baker Tom Wigzell, with a background in baking from the UK and France.

These bagels are proudly New York style, with a fat rise and a squishy hole. We kettle boil our bagels for that unmistakable chew, perfect for schmear, lox or toasted with melted butter.

Hand-rolled and small-batch baked here in Squamish, we keep it simple with five core flavours - Plain, Sesame, Poppy, Salted Rosemary and Everything.

Just 6 ingredients make up a bagel before we add seasoning: Canadian wheat flour, water, sugar, canola oil, yeast and salt. Watch out for our special guest and collab flavours.

We sell them bagged and ready-to-go; individually, by the half dozen or dozen.
