Our names are Fred and Sandra, owners of Tropiko, a family run stand specializing in authentic Colombian style shaved ice (Cholados), Obleas, fruit bowls and other treats. Tropiko is truly a team effort, even our kids help with everything from prepping fresh fruit to welcoming customers at our stand. Together, we are passionate about bringing the vibrant flavors of Colombia to the Tampa Bay community. We use real fruit with no artificial dyes, sticking to classic recipes that deliver a taste of home in every cup. For us, Tropiko isn't just a business, it's our way of sharing our culture, our family values, and a bit of tropikal joy with everyone we meet.
