Chunky Vegan is an infant and toddler food company founded in 2023 and located in Chantilly, Virginia. Our mission is to raise the standard for early childhood nutrition by offering organic, plant-based meals that support healthy growth during a child’s most critical developmental years.
We partner with local and regional farmers to source high-quality, organically grown ingredients, ensuring our meals reflect both
nutritional integrity and a strong connection to community agriculture. Each recipe is developed in collaboration with nutrition, diet and medical experts, with a focus on nutrient-dense
superfoods often overlooked in conventional baby food.
We package exclusively in glass to reduce exposure to microplastics and heavy metals, reinforcing our commitment to safety, and long-term health.
Chunky Vegan was created to give families an option they can trust rooted in science, grounded in care, and designed to nourish children from the very beginning.

Camille Hardy
Camille Hardy is the Founder and CEO of Chunky Vegan. She
launched the company after becoming a new mom in 2020 and
realizing how difficult it was to find clean, nutritious baby food she
could trust. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management
and Marketing and more than two decades of experience as an IT
executive, Camille brings a strategic and deeply personal
perspective to early childhood nutrition.
Camille’s goal is to build more than a brand—she’s working to
create a national movement that brings pediatric nutrition to the
forefront of family wellness. Through Chunky Vegan, she’s
advocating for stronger standards in baby food and making it easier
for parents to access meals that are both biologically supportive
and genuinely enjoyable for young eaters.
