Production Practices

Our product is carefully grown on our families olive grove in Kalamata, Greece, where the trees are indigenous to the land. We do not use mechanical means to harvest. Collection is done by hand and cold pressing is with in hours of harvest using the villages local olive oil press. The EVOO is filtered naturally on our village property in Greece. It is then shipped in bulk to Park City, Ut.

The bottling process has been inspected and approved by the Utah Department of Agriculture. We use all the standard procedures and sanitation to hand bottle the EVOO in both 16oz and 8oz individual bottles. We hand label the bottles and sell direct to consumer through various local events with in the state of Utah.

I am a Greek American that grew up in the USA and then married a Greek man, who's parents live in the olive oil region of Kalamata, Greece. I moved to Greece and lived there for over 10 years in 2002, moving back to the USA in 2012. I was very connected to my mother-in-law, Ioulia Antonopoulos. When she passed away in 2017 I decided to keep her legacy alive and work with her (my husbands) family in Greece to provide some of the world's best extra virgin olive oil to the people of Utah. My professional background is a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University. I have experience in fine dining hospitality working in the industry until I became an Ad Executive in New York City, working for a large food company. I have owned various companies in both Greece and the USA. My current passion for EVOO allows me to also raise my twin 8 year old children and help support my husbands career in technology.
