Pinay Queen Lumpia

Hello! My family is from Visayan Islands and Manila, Philippines. I specialize in Asian/Pacific + Filipino Food and culture. I am also a Polynesian Hula and Tahitian Dancer and am proud to share my culture and family recipes with the community! I am currently operating under MI Cottage Law, am ServSafe Manager Certified, and Certified in Food Safety Training through Michigan State University. I am working with BC Food Reimagined + Michigan SBDC with the goal to complete my licensure to be able to serve more savory foods and eventually also get into wholesale. My specialty will be Filipino Lumpia, a variety of lumpia.
