I started making candles for myself and friends about a year ago. As a single parent it was something I could do after bedtime that let my creative juices flow. As a failed graphic designer it seemed like I would never be destined for a creative endeavor but my customers went from friends and family to complete strangers! When I started selling to other people I wanted to make sure I could create a safe and eco-friendly product for people to jnvite into their homes. All my products are sourced from a distributor in Canal Winchester, OH and are vegan and eco-friendly or recyclable. I enjoy growing my business as sustainably as possible and working with local artists and markets to uplift our community.
Production Practices
I use all American Soy Wax, Paper and cotton threaded wicks free of lead and zinc, fragrances and oils that are animal and paraben free. Our wax products are water soluble so they are no harm to rivers, streams, or public works. Our jar containers can be reused/repurposed with their included lid or recycled completely.
