In 2012 Russell & Lisa Dittfurth started beekeeping with two hives on their farm in rural Collin County. They have continued to slowly grow their apiary and honey production business providing their honey products to customers in North Texas.

Production Practices
Crooked Creek Honey Farm produces local, raw, unfiltered wildflower honey. We manage every step of our honey production process from the hive to the bottle. We are very careful not to gently warm our honey in order to retain all of the beneficial enzymes, bacteria, amino acids and pollen that the bees add to honey.
