Capt. Len's BBQ has been part of the local community for over 18 years. We hand craft our barbecue sauces and rubs right here in Salt Lake City! We offer our 4 original barbecue sauces, including our award winning Original BBQ Sauce, Rocky Mountain BBQ Sauce, Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce and our Chocolate Chile BBQ Sauce. We also offer our original Pork Rub (perfect for smoking pork shoulder & pork belly), Steak Rub (perfect for smoking brisket or grilling steaks or hamburgers), Chicken Rub (the use if obvious) and Creole Rub (which can be added to guacamole or potato salad to add a little bite).

The Captain has been making rubs since 2001 and his BBQ sauces since 2010. Capt. Len's BBQ helped start the Rock n Ribs BBQ Contest with "T" of Q4U.
We have won awards for our Original BBQ Sauce and our Baby Back Ribs and the Utah Gourmet voted our Pulled Pork "Best in Utah".
This Summer we hope to sell our Sauces, Rubs, and artisan Sausage at local markets throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Watch for our locations on our website: captlensbbq.com.
