Jackson’s Five Star Catering is a full-service catering company located in Ferndale, Michigan. Since 1995, Anthony and Cindy Jackson have been providing catering services to Metropolitan Detroit and beyond. Our simply delicious, elevated comfort food is an inspired diversified cultural influence that delivers a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE.
Allow our custom built concession trucks to provide a Five Star outdoor experience. Our trucks have full kitchen service and delicious food right on the spot. Enjoy a fun food experience in the midst of your special outdoor occasion.

As Jackson’s CFO, Cindy also assumes the responsibility of managing and overseeing the culinary operation, training staff and monitoring the quality of execution, and all relevant business standards. She is a proven finance leader with more than 20 years’ experience gained at public and private financial institutions. Prior to opening Jackson Five Star Catering, Cindy worked for National Bank of Detroit and at a securities trading company. Cindy holds a BA from Detroit School of Business. Cindy's love of food and hospitality stems from growing up in a loving family of great professional cooks who owned their own catering business. Her desire to provide clients with an exceptional service and culinary experience is evident in every event Jackson’s Five Star executes.
