Prin-Ya Custard was born when owner missed Japanese baked custards and decided to make them herself, using local ingredients, and share to the community. She also came up with vegan version using organic soy milk, which can be made into various flavors. This is Prin-Ya's third year in operation, and their custards are gaining more fans all over Salt Lake City.
