Kane County Collaborative Diversion
Vendor
Our mission is to assist individuals who have been marginalized and who cycle in and out of the criminal legal system due to substance use disorders, mental illness, homelessness, or a lack of resources. Collaborative Diversion aims to provide compassionate, non-judgmental, and person-centered approaches to address the unmet needs of these complex individuals. Our case managers utilize harm reduction, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practices to tackle the underlying conditions that often contribute to repeated criminal behavior.
Currently, we have partnerships with over 20 law enforcement and Fire/EMS departments throughout Kane County, as well as numerous social service organizations.
