Prohibition

We are excited to introduce Street Food, a rotating menu concept led by Jesse Quint, Chef de Cuisine at Prohibition Columbia. This menu will highlight street food from around the world—each dish reimagined with a Southern twist and prepared using locally sourced ingredients.

Our goal is to foster community through food by showcasing flavors from diverse cultures, while honoring the rich agricultural offerings of our region. The dishes will primarily be cooked over a yakitori grill to impart bold, smoky flavors. If the grill is not permitted on-site, we will utilize a flattop grill and prepare select items offsite to retain the signature yakitori essence.

Prohibition is located at 1556 Main Street, in the heart of the Soda City Market. We hope to set up a booth as a way to actively participate in this vibrant community, engage with local residents, and support the network of incredible farmers who make it all possible.
