We are a truly gourmet experience. I am a one man show that uses the finest ingredients available, and source locally when available. My bakery is a sole proprietorship. We bake everything fresh for each market, all of our products are individually packaged and baked to perfection. We offer online pre orders for guest to get their favorites. We specialize in half pound gourmet cookies (stuffed and on stuffed), extreme one pound brownies with such flavors as turtle, hazelnut, and more. Artisan hand rolled bagels, Artisan hand made breads, sweet loaves, Bavarian pretzels, French pastries, jumbo signature muffins, and fresh made donuts. Our bakery’s theming is very whimsical where each one of our products has a unique name and story that goes with the item. We also have mascots for each of our products. We pride ourselves on cu’stomer service and make each one of our guest feel at home while browsing our deliciousness. We have a proven market track record at other markets and have created a customer base who have fallen in love with us as well as our deliciousness.
