Founded by a neurodivergent chef with a passion for comfort cooking and community, this business was born from the need for a quieter, more joyful kitchen space - one that allows for creativity without the overwhelm.
With professional baking experience in both Canada and Scotland (including a love for traditional hand pies) Thyme to Gather brings global inspiration and homestyle warmth to rustic baked goods, comfort foods, and wholesome snacks.
