We are a local micro-bakery operating from our home and we specialize in Polynesian breads more specifically from the islands of Tonga. We also make flavored butters such as pineapple, strawberry and raspberry.
All of our baked goods are yeast bread loaves. Our popular sellers are a white loaf and a coconut loaf.
We also have sweet buns that are glazed or you have the option to make them cream buns.
