My name is Adrienne and my husband Colin and I have a small apiary in Milan. We would love the opportunity to sell our honey and other products from the hive at your market, in addition to educating the community about beekeeping, honeybees and other pollinators.
If you check out www.apiary16.com, you can see what our packaged honey looks like. While not on the site yet, we will have soaps, balms, salves, candles, and additional products from the hive available for sale. Our hives are not treated with anything synthetic and we follow organic practices. We also have some hens and veg that would be available a little more sporadically but not the main focus. We have been keeping bees for 5 years but we are just getting started transitioning from hobby to a business. Our mission is to honor the honeybees' work and wisdom by creating quality products from the hive.

We follow organic practices for our bees and use no synthetic chemicals or treatments, always prioritizing the health and well-being of our bees over honey and wax production. The free range refers to our chickens (which are given organic feed and loved as pets) but it gave me chuckle to think of it in relation to our honeybees! Honeybees forage up to a 3 mile area away from their hives so they are definitely in that category :)
