Apart from being the Pastry Chef at The Country Club in Cleveland, Ohio, Chef Gina Giampietro is starting a baking business of her own. She makes different types of cakes, cookies, macarons, tarts, and a variety of other desserts. She caters many different types of events from birthdays, parties, weddings, showers, and other celebrations.

Gina Giampietro started baking and a young age with her grandfather. Waking up in the morning to the smell of his freshly baked cinnamon rolls lit a spark in her. It was then that her passion for pastries started to grow. She knew that this is what she wanted to do.
After high school, Gina moved to Hyde Park, NY to attend The Culinary Institute of America and earned a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management. At the CIA, she gained knowledge and technique in all areas of pastries. Since culinary school, she has worked in a variety of bakeries focusing on breads, pastries, plated desserts, cakes and confections. She is currently the Pastry Chef at The Country Club in Cleveland, Ohio.
