Humble Origins Superfoods offers ethically sourced, single-origin spices and superfood medleys crafted in Atlanta and rooted in the healing traditions of Meghalaya, a remote, matriarchal region of Northeast India. As a women-owned, Georgia Grown business, we work directly with smallholder women farmers to source potent, unadulterated ingredients like Lakadong Turmeric, Makhir Ginger, and Wild Long Pepper.

We blend and package our spice medleys by hand right here in Atlanta, making it easy for our community to enjoy clean, functional ingredients every day. Our small-batch blends are inspired by ancient wisdom and designed to support modern wellness — whether stirred into your morning latte, added to your favorites meals & desserts, or bundled and gifted with love.

Since launching in 2024, we’ve grown through word of mouth, community markets, and a shared desire for wellness with purpose. We’re proud to bring the joy of real food and humble beginnings to every table.
