One Bite Above the Rest is a mobile food vendor specializing in customizable charcuterie experiences. Customers can create their own personalized charcuterie boats or boxes, selecting from a variety of locally sourced meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, crackers, and more—crafted to match individual tastes and preferences.
Our services are available for private events of all sizes, offering a unique and interactive grazing experience for guests and are also ideal for community markets.
All ingredients are prepared in a licensed commissary kitchen in accordance with food safety standards set by the Department of Agriculture. Items for events are sourced and prepped the day prior, then transported in climate-controlled coolers to ensure proper food temperatures are maintained.
At each event, selections are beautifully displayed in a pop-up grazing bar, allowing guests to create their own charcuterie combinations from a curated spread of high-quality ingredients.

William Burczyk
William Burczyk, originally from Wyoming, Pennsylvania, is a seasoned financial leader and entrepreneur. A proud graduate of Wyoming Area High School (Class of 2005), William went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, followed by an MBA and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. His academic journey laid the foundation for a dynamic career in finance and strategic business management.
In 2016, William relocated to Tampa, Florida, where he now serves as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for TD Synnex, a global IT distribution leader. With over a decade of experience in corporate finance, William specializes in driving financial strategy, performance forecasting, and business transformation.
Beyond the boardroom, William is a devoted husband and proud father of two energetic boys, ages 7 and 8. His passion for food, creativity, and community recently inspired the launch of One Bite Above the Rest, a charcuterie business serving the greater Tampa Bay area. Through this venture, William is excited to connect with local residents and bring people together around great food and memorable experiences.
