We have maintained a gardening practice for pleasure and to supply our family and friends with fresh produce for at least 5 months out of the year. Our goal is to achieve a 70% sustainable farm lifestyle. We utilized our pasture with beef steer and have introduced chickens to our farmstead. As our children have matured, graduated, and moved out, we are now able to share with our community at a reasonable price. Our aim is to benefit our community and create a small business that will support our farm's continued production.
As newcomers to the Saturday market, my husband and I are excited to share our farms products with the community. With my husband's recent retirement from the fire department, he is now able to devote his time and energy to our farming operations. Our goal is to make a positive impact on our community through sustainable farming practices.
