I started this operation in 2002 looking to supplement my construction business. I built a wood fired smoker to do pig roasts, then to do festivals including Newport wine and seafood, Astoria crab and seafood, The Sip of Macminnville and the NW String Summit in North Plains
In addition to the festival's we have done market's in Astoria, St Helens, Hillsboro and Forest Grove. 2010 saw me doing 5 markets a week plus festivals needless to say that landed me the hospital with a stroke.. Currently we are doing Saturday Hillsboro market and Sunday at Orenco I would like to come back to the FG market as we we're at the first one
