We bring in various cheeses from Wisconsin and soak, smoke or age them here in Oregon. This year we have started sourcing our secondary ingredients from Oregon, example: nettles for our burning nettles Gouda, horseradish and chives for our horseradish and chive havarti, chipotle and espresso for our chipotle and espresso cheddar…
We sell our cheese exclusively at farmers markets.
