Our gourmet mustards and sauces had their beginnings in the restaurant of our brewery back in 2017. They were so popular we decided to take the leap into packaging them. In true artisanal fashion we started with small batches hand-packed in our kitchen. Our signature sauce, Honey Sriracha, is a must try.
In the summer of 2019 we sold our brewery and spun off the sauces and mustards into the Fat Crow Gourmet brand. Since then we have added new products and expanded into both sweet and spicy jams.
People always ask us where the name Fat Crow came from. The inspiration for the name comes from Thomas Ravenscroft’s ballad The Three Ravens (1611) and the old Scottish ballad Twa Corbies.
