OCIC is responsible for advising, reviewing, and investigating concerns related to prohibited discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on protected characteristics, including incidents of sexual misconduct; OCIC also is responsible for ADA and civil rights compliance. Additionally, OCIC houses the Confidential Advocacy Program for Employees, providing confidential advocacy related to bias, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and interpersonal violence. ocic@ohsu.edu
