Hi, I’m Amy the baker behind Amy Lou’s Cookie Co! I’ve always loved baking, and for the past three years, I’ve had the joy of turning that passion into a cottage bakery business. My specialty is hand-decorated custom sugar cookies and large, bakery-style cookies that are crisp on the outside and soft and gooey in the center. From Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip to Molten Peanut Butter (and everything in between!), I offer a wide range of flavors, including gluten-friendly options, so there’s something sweet for everyone. Baking allows me to combine my love of sharing delicious, high-quality treats with my creative side—and I pour that heart and artistry into every batch.
