My name is Miranda Layne, I have been a chef and business owner for 13 years and I've recently opened a sourdough Micro Bakery and berry farm.

I provide Sourdough bread products to Alley Cats Coffee in Texarkana Arkansas and attend markets in Arkansas to sell a variety of sourdough bread products made from a german sourdough culture.

We have varieties with inclusions, a traditional cultured loaf and shelf stable dairy free sourdough desserts with hand rendered beef tallow.
