Mamusia’s Kitchen is a family-run, immigrant- and women-owned Food trailer business in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, specializing in authentic Polish cuisine. Operated by a mother-daughter duo, they honor generations of tradition by handcrafting dishes like pierogi (with fillings such as potato and farmer’s cheese, sauerkraut and mushroom, meat, and sweet cheese), gulasz (Polish stew), kopytka (potato dumplings), and paczki (yeast-based Polish donuts fried in lard and filled with natural fruit or custard) . Their offerings are made from scratch using simple, organic ingredients, and they provide local pickups, food trailer stops, and catering services throughout Middle Tennessee.
