Hello from Tim & Jocelyn of Pickle Creek Herbs! We are former chemists who returned to our family farm in Southeast Iowa to start growing organic produce. Today we grow herbs, berries, tomatoes, peppers, and garlic that we use to create herb-infused olive oils & vinegars, soaps, salves, and balms. We take the process from seed to store and make everything ourselves using our own original recipes. We also sell dried herbs, fresh herbs, and herb plants when in season. Come sample our garden-inspired infusions at our market stand and taste the difference that Iowa-grown makes!
The herbs, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, and fruit we grow on our farm are all certified organic (we have been certifying organic with IDALS for over a decade).

Tim is the Head Farmer at Pickle Creek Herbs. Each year he manages 13 acres of herbs, garlic, shallots, tomatoes, peppers, fruit trees and berries, and cover crops.
