Our small cow calf operation, located north of Fairbank, allows us to keep a close eye on each animal from farm to plate. We believe in optimal animal welfare; we maintain our BQA (Beef Quality Assurance) certifications, practicing low stress handling, and focus on quality for both our stock and customers.

Production Practices
Free Range Pastured
Our calves are raised on pasture until late fall, before moving to a large free range location after weaning. The space given allows them to live in ideal conditions, off of concrete, with fresh air and plenty of space.

If you've ever wanted to know more about the beef industry, you've come to the right place! Josh and I have a small cow calf operation that we maintain from selective breeding all the way through packaging. Along with our trio of cow dogs, we spend every spare moment caring for our herd and working to expand our operation.
On the rare occasion we sneak away from the farm, we love meeting new people, tasting craft brews and hunting down new seasonings for grilling season (which is all year in our house)!
