I operate under Florida Cottage Law and I make baklava pastry. Baklava is made of thin phyllo sheets filled with either walnut or pistachio. I even make it with cashew and almond. My product is made from store bought ingredients and I use organic and natural ingredients whenever possible. I prefer package and label all of my items and I strictly follow Cottage Law regulations. I am insured and registered with sunbiz. I also applied for home zoning and tax ID.
